Bread: all kinds, plain, "buttered" (plant ester/vegetable oil-based), olive-oiled.
Nuts: peanuts, cashews, walnuts, pecans, almonds.
Bread: buttered with nut butters.
Tomato Sandwich: different breads, thick/thin slices, olive oil, grilled tomato, toasted bread.

Grilled Ratatouille

4 servings (or maybe just one)
2 baby eggplant, sliced and salted
2 green bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 small zucchini, sliced
1 onion, chopped
4 plum tomatoes, quartered
3 caramelized garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a cast-iron skillet and mix well. Place skillet on the grill over medium-heat coals. Cook with grill lid closed for 25 minutes, stirring mixture once after 10 minutes.
This dish is great as a side dish or over pasta.
